"Johnson Screen" is a high-strength, long-lasting metal filter made from stainless steel wire with a V-shaped cross-section and a smooth surface. Due to the small contact area with the particles being filtered, it experiences less clogging, and its filtration capacity can be easily restored through backwashing. Additionally, it has a large ratio of open area to screen surface area, resulting in low pressure loss. Opening widths can be selected from 0.025mm to 10mm to match the filtration target.
